A little information about myself... Originally from Minnesota, I’ve been selling real estate full-time on the Central Coast since 1992, primarily representing buyers and sellers of residential and rural homes, condo’s, lots, and acreages. During that time I’ve been involved in hundreds of transactions; from simple property transfers to complicated lease-options and 1031 tax deferred exchanges. As a real estate broker my goal is to provide concise, factual information and advice that will enable a client to make informed, intelligent decisions regarding the sale or purchase of real property.
